THE CLASS
-
45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping, mood-boosting, "woo"-inducing choreography on a bike. High-intensity, low-impact movement engineered to shake up the norm + prove working out can be fun.
-
Absolutely! Your instructor will cue + demo movements as your mirror image to ensure the class moves in unison.
We understand it can be a little intimidating at first, but our classes are designed for all levels + we encourage everyone to take each class at their own pace.
-
Don’t sweat it! Our instructors offer modifications for many of the movements, so you will have options.
-
We will sprinkle a few intro classes into the schedule, but FEAR NOT! All of our classes are designed for all levels.
-
We recommend tight-fitting, sweat-wicking apparel, but wear whatever you’re comfortable in + makes you feel like a badass.
-
No, you do not need to wear cycling shoes, but we recommend using them (we offer them for free!) for safety + efficiency. If you prefer to wear traditional athletic shoes, our pedals have shoe baskets you can use.
If you’d like to bring your own cycling shoes, our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats.

SCHEDULING
-
Our classes “go live” 7 days prior to class (to the minute). Set those alarms + book a bike to reserve your spot!
-
After you create an account, visit the studio's schedule on the website or app to book!
-
Waitlisters are automatically added to class if a spot becomes available (up to 1 hour prior to class start). You will be notified via email or can check your class status by logging into your account.
We will then add waitlisters + walk-ins in the order in which they were added. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival.
-
Please be aware that we release spots at the start of class to those on the waitlist. If you are running late, please call the studio + speak with a front desk staff member to ensure we hold your spot.
-
